A 150 percent revenue growth from 2011 to 2012 and a miniscule 2 percent customer churn rate (compared to a national average of 30 to 40 percent, according to Kevin Getch, Webfor president), marks Webfor as a force to deal within the search engine optimization and web design world.
Also, said Getch, there are not a lot of digital marketing companies that focus on small and medium sized businesses.
“The small business market is a huge market,” said Getch.
Founded in 2009, Webfor added five employees last year, bringing the total to seven. Getch said the entire team focuses on “the 3 Rs”: relationships, results and return on investment.” This mantra, said Getch, enables his clients to see newfound growth, and Webfor will share in that success through long-term strategic partnerships. Local clients include MBA Medical Billing Services, Shaffer Homes and NW Sign Solutions.
Within five years, noted Getch, he hopes to employ 30 people and attract the best talent possible to the area, as well as increase the number of his speaking engagements.
