JEFF HAVENER
Columbia Credit Union has promoted Jeff Havener to senior vice president/consumer lending.
In his new role, Havener will be responsible for the credit union’s consumer loan portfolio, developing objectives, policies and procedures and making recommendations. He will also serve on executive loan committees, pre-screen loan recommendations, provide guidance to lending officers and assist in advancing the strategic direction of the credit union.
“With Jeff’s direction, Columbia CU reached record loan volume in 2014 and successfully navigated through heightened regulatory and compliance requirements,” said Columbia Credit Union EVP Chief Operating Officer, Bill Fulk.
“We are excited to have him join our leadership team and look forward to his contributions.”
Havener previously served as Columbia’s VP lending operations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Linfield College and has more than 26 years of industry experience.
SCOTT CAMPBELL
The Northwest Association for Blind Athletes (NWABA) has appointed Scott Campbell to its board of directors. Campbell is the manager of governmental and community affairs at Waste Connections in Vancouver.
Campbell will join other community leaders throughout the region in helping NWABA achieve its mission of providing life-changing opportunities through sports and physical activity to individuals who are blind and visually impaired.
“My goal is always to seek and create positive impacts through interactions with our community.
Be responsive, be engaged,” said Campbell.
“Serving on the NW Association of Blind Athletes Board of Directors is just one example of my commitment to this great community.”
KRISTOPHER ROGERS
Longview-based civil engineering and land surveying firm Gibbs & Olson has hired Kristopher Rogers as an engineering technician.
Rogers graduated from the ITT Technical Institute CAD program and has 15 years of experience with civil and industrial projects. He is also trained as an inspector and will provide construction inspection as needed.
Rogers is currently working on road, stormwater, site, water and wastewater design projects.
BARBARA JOHNSON & MICHELLE WINNETT
H-RoC, a nonpartisan political action committee that promotes women in leadership positions in Clark County, recently welcomed Barbara Johnson and Michelle Winnett to its board of directors.
Johnson was appointed to the Clark County Superior Court in 1987 and served 28 years until her retirement in March, 2015. She served as vice-president and trustee of the Clark County Bar Association, and was president of the State Board of Directors of Washington Women Lawyers in 1983.
Winnett is the director of channel marketing at Integra, a local technology company headquartered in Vancouver. She has a degree in public affairs from Washington State University Vancouver and a master’s in international business and marketing from Portland State University.
