Brokerage Services
Vancouver Housing Authority (VHA) will accept proposals for Real Estate Brokerage Services to sell two multifamily properties (148 and 260 units each) and up to three parcels of land. VHA may select more than one firm depending on experience and areas of expertise. Proposals may be for any one or more properties to encourage participation from multiple firms. Proposals are due by 3:00 PM Monday, April 30, 2012. Please go to the VHA website at www.vhausa.com for a copy of the RFP.
