NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned has been appointed and has qualified as Personal Representative of the above-entitled estate. Persons having claims against the decedent or the estate are hereby required, prior to the time such claims would be barred by any otherwise applicable statute of limitations, to serve a copy of their claim in the manner provided by RCW 11.40.070, by serving a copy on the Personal Representative or on Lisa E. Schuchman, the attorney of record for the estate, at the address below stated, and filing the original of the claim with the Clerk of the Court, King County Courthouse, 516 Third Avenue, Seattle, Washington, 98104. The claim must be presented within the later of: (1) Thirty days after the personal representative served or mailed the notice to the creditor as provided under RCW 11.40.020(1)(c); or (2) four months after the date of first publication of this notice. If the claim is not presented within this time frame, except under those provisions included in RCW 11.40.051 or RCW 11.40.060, the claim will be forever barred.
