Prestige Care, a Vancouver-based provider of senior care services, has acquired Milwaukie Convalescent Center for an undisclosed amount. Milwaukie Convalescent Center, located in Milwaukie, Ore., will now be named Prestige Post-Acute and Rehabilitation Center – Milwaukie.
The center will continue to serve patients and residents across the post-acute care continuum with a focus on short-term, transitional skilled nursing and rehabilitation, along with long-term care, hospice and palliative care.

The Milwaukie campus will feature an array of amenities and services, including private and semi-private suites, a fully-equipped rehabilitation gym, curated activities, entertainment and a dedicated team of interdisciplinary health care providers working in concert to deliver customized care to each patient and resident.
