Identity Clark County has elected two regional CEOs to its board of directors and named an aspiring business and community leader to serve in the newly formed Ed Lynch Board Seat honoring life and legacy of the business and philanthropic icon.

Jeff Harvey (Burgerville) and Tracy Wilson (DeWils Industries, Inc.) were elected to three-year terms to the business organization. Meanwhile, Jim Mains (High Five Media) was elected to the newly formed Ed Lynch board seat to serve a one-year courtesy term.

Harvey became president and CEO of Burgerville in 2004 after a 30-year career in the energy industry. He is an advocate for the arts, a musician and instrument maker, and operates a farm in eastern Oregon. He has an engineering degree from Oregon State University.

Tracy Wilson
Tracy Wilson

Wilson is CEO of the Vancouver-based cabinet manufacturing company that employs about 160 people and markets products through independent kitchen dealers in the U.S., Canada and Japan. He serves as a director of the Association of Washington Business and Building Industry Association of Washington, and several regional boards. He has a business administration degree from Boise State University.

Mains is a partner at High Five Media, a marketing, community and political campaign firm in Vancouver. He is also a director of the Ed Lynch estate. He serves on many local boards and co-hosts the variety show Hello Vancouver and the video blog The Vancouver Side. Mains studied at Clark College and Seattle University.

The person occupying the Ed Lynch Board Seat is chosen by demonstrating strong potential as a community and business leader, possessing positive character attributes, and is willing and able to participate in ICC discussions, such as monthly meetings and occasional forums.

MICHELLE NISLE

NW Legacy Law Center, P.S. has hired Michelle Nisle as an estate planning attorney.

Previously, Nisle served as a Clark County Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in the Elder Justice Center.

“We’re excited to have Michelle on our team,” said Thomas Hackett, founder of NW Legacy Law Center. “Michelle’s experience in the Elder Justice Center provides a unique context for helping protect our clients – and their families – from financial abuse.”

Michelle is also a Board Member at Humane Society for Southwest Washington. She and her husband, Ryan, have lived in Vancouver for 15 years.

Susan Wood

SUSAN WOOD

Coldwell Banker Bain, a provider of real estate brokerage services in Southwest Washington, has hired Susan Wood as a broker working out of its Longview office.

Bain was born and raised in Cowlitz County and attended Lower Columbia College. She received her real estate license in 2004 practicing in Lewis, Cowlitz and Clark counties.
