Favorite spot on a Saturday night: Late spring to early fall I prefer to be somewhere without cell service, under the stars or in my tent. When the weather is sub-par, a watering hole in North Portland; a few favorites are The Old Gold, Barlow Tavern and Bar Bar.
Favorite movie: “The Three Amigos” & “Forrest Gump.”
Music of choice: I like it all, but my go-to genres are oldies, country and bluegrass.
Favorite place to eat: Thailand… But I suppose a Thai restaurant will do! My favorite local spot is Mee Sen on Mississippi Ave. in Portland.
