NANCY NUNN
The Clark County Skills Center Foundation Board has elected Nancy Nunn as its 2016 Foundation chair-elect. Nunn will become the Skills Center Foundation chair in 2017.
Nunn is the owner of Concept Reality, specializing in offering solutions to complex machined prototype and production parts for large corporations and medical firms as well as design firms throughout the U.S.
She joins the other members of the Skills Center Foundation Executive Committee: Sharif Burdzik, Riverview Bank, chair; Dave Blanchard, Cognesis Marketing Concepts, secretary; and Ryan Kramer, Frumenti, Lander & Wallace, P.S., treasurer.
The Clark County Skills Center Foundation is a nonprofit foundation supporting Clark County Skills Center technical programs and students.
The Parks Foundation of Clark County has hired Jennifer Hawks-Conright to serve as an events and communication specialist for the nonprofit organization.
Previously, Hawks-Conright was an important part of events teams at the American Red Cross of Southwest Washington and the Fort Vancouver National Trust.
“I am extremely happy to bring Jennifer onto the Parks Foundation team,” said executive director Temple Lentz. “2016 is going to be a great year for parks in Clark County, and Jennifer has the skills and temperament to help us go even farther.”
The mission of the Parks Foundation is to raise funds through public and private partnerships for parks, trails, and recreational programs throughout Clark County.
Wells Fargo has promoted Chris Kozak of Vancouver to manager of its Hayden Island bank branch at 12240 N. Jantzen Drive in Portland. He previously served as a personal banker for Wells Fargo in Vancouver.
In his new position, Kozak is responsible for the customer service, sales, professional development and community involvement efforts of five team members.
Kozak joined Wells Fargo in 2012 as a personal banker in Oregon City where he worked for two years before transferring to a similar role in Vancouver.
A native of Canada, Kozak earned bachelor of arts degrees at the University of Winnipeg and the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute. He also earned an associate’s degree at Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute.
Kozak volunteers for the American Cancer Society and its Skate Across the State program.
LISA DOW & MARK MANTEI
Identity Clark County has appointed a long-time regional banking executive and a regional healthcare industry CEO to its board of directors.
Lisa Dow, senior credit administrator for Columbia Bank, brings more than 20 years of regional banking experience as well as Bank of America/Security Pacific in San Francisco. Dow currently serves as treasurer for the School of Piano Technology for the Blind, and has chaired the Greater Vancouver Chamber and a regional chapter of the Risk Management Association. She has an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley.
Mark Mantei became CEO of The Vancouver Clinic in March 2015 where he is developing a long-term growth strategy for the company which operates 250 specialty group practices across five locations in Clark County. He previously was chief operating officer of Everett Clinic, which has 16 locations in the North Puget Sound area. Mantei serves on multiple community and healthcare boards including the American Medical Group Association board of trustees. He has a master’s in health care management from the University of Michigan.
Identity Clark County is a 23-year-old business advocacy organization comprised of more than 70 influential businesses. The privately funded organization assembles and focuses corporate leadership on a shared community agenda for economic expansion and vitality.
AMY LODHOLZ & TIM WILMOTH
Evergreen Habitat for Humanity recently hired two new full-time staff members: Amy Lodholz and Tim Wilmoth.
In her new role, Lodholz will serve as development director. She has been active in nonprofit fundraising efforts for 15 years, and will focus on increasing the number of families that Evergreen can serve each year.
Wilmoth has joined the nonprofit as Youth Programs project manager. He will work in Evergreen’s construction department focusing on programs including YouthBuild Vancouver and Geometry in Construction at local high schools. He is a general contractor in the Vancouver area and has been in construction his whole life.
Evergreen Habitat for Humanity works in partnership with people in need from all walks of life to develop communities by building safe, affordable housing.

The Southwest Washington Contractors Association recently welcomed five new members from local companies supportive of the commercial construction industry to its 2016 Board of Directors.
