You are hereby summoned to appear within sixty (60) days after the date of the first publication of this summons, to wit: within sixty (60) days after November 11, 2016, and defend the above entitled action in the above entitled court and answer the Complaint of the Plaintiff, TCG Enterprises, LLC and serve a copy of your answer upon the undersigned attorneys for Plaintiff TCG Enterprises, LLC, at their office below stated; and in case of your failure to do so, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the complaint, which has been filed with the clerk of said court. A brief Statement of the Action:
Plaintiff TCG Enterprises, LLC seeks to recover from Defendant:
a) A 2006 Lincoln Mark LT vehicle VIN 5LTPW185X6FJ24668, registered in the name of TCG Enterprises, LLC in Oregon, on or about June 6, 2016, with OR license plates 929JCQ, which was originally purchased by TCG Enterprises, LLC on or about March 24, 2016, with a fair market value of $16,200.00;
b) $836.00 in cash in the plastic safe deposit bag, which belonged to TCG Enterprises, LLC and which was removed by Defendant from one of Plaintiff’s trucks.
c) Judgment for a breach of contract in the amount of $20,000.00.
Defendant is in possession of both the cash and the vehicle identified above. If Plaintiff cannot recover the physical items identified above, Plaintiff is seeking a judgment against Defendant for $17,036.00 in addition to the judgment for breach of contract in the amount of $20,000.00, for a total claim of $37,036.00.
