ITX adds business and Web technology to Alesco's Internet and SEO marketing expertise
In a move to expand its services and grow its clientele, Vancouver's Alesco Marketing is combining forces with ITX Corporation.
Alesco, an Internet marketing and Web solutions company, is known for its search engine expertise and online promotions. Founded in 2002, Doug Williams started off his company as a small-business marketing firm. However, he quickly found his niche in search engine marketing and Internet marketing and has continued to grow Alesco ever since.
Based in Pittsford, New York, ITX is a 13-year-old business and Web technology firm. It focuses on mobile application and Web development, database programming and high-quality Web hosting. ITX President Ralph Dandrea said the management agreement with Alesco will bring more services and offerings to the industry.

The Vancouver Alesco office will remain open and all nine employees staying will be considered ITX employees. Eventually, the Alesco name will be changed to ITX Alesco to reflect the new partnership, and Williams will remain owner and president of the location.
Under the new agreement, ITX is acquiring some of Alesco's assets and will be managing all of its customers, thus broadening the services available to current and new clients. "ITX has been growing and they have a lot of services I don't offer," said Williams, adding that the agreement will bring "more stability and growth for my employees in these economic times."
The Vancouver office will be the first ITX office on the West Coast, although it does have a data center in Beaverton, Oregon. Dandrea said this is advantageous because business hours will be expanded thanks to East Coast and West Coast time zone differences. Also, having the ability to meet with West Coast clients easily in person will be beneficial.
"The expansion will impact the service offerings that ITX will be able to bring to the market and its customers," said Dandrea. "We have always been proud of our ability to solve our clients' problems with our leading technology. We will now be able to offer proven, measurable and very mature Internet marketing."
Having worked together with ITX for four years, sharing referrals both ways, Williams said both companies share similar values and missions. Their shared commitment to customers is a top priority.
"I respect their integrity. ITX is a company I would very much want to be associated with," said Williams. Dandrea said Alesco has a comparable culture and outlook to ITX, saying, "We've become even more complementary as firms over the years."
Jonathan Coupal, ITX vice president of technology, said, "Our mission is to solve problems for our clients so they can do great things-moving, touching and inspiring the world around them. ITX can be a better partner in this mission by having a broader scope of solutions available to our clients. The knowledge and talent that exists within Alesco Marketing will help us to accomplish this."
As a result of their new business agreement, both Williams and Dandrea believe there will be opportunities for growth both in business and in employees for the Vancouver location. ITX currently employs more than 150 people and has business in 37 states and 9 countries.
