Agave Jeans headquarters
The new headquarters for Vancouver-based Agave Jeans is under construction in Ridgefield. Vancouver-based RSV Construction Services Inc. broke ground on the project in July at South 11th Street in Ridgefield Commerce Center. The 22,000-square-foot building will be Agave’s corporate office and distribution center and will include pre-engineered steel and pre-painted exterior architectural panels for low maintenance. Steve Korn of RSV is the project executive.
Heritage Plaza
Vancouver-based RSV Construction Services Inc. broke ground on Heritage Plaza in July. The first of five phases of the project at 15514 N.E. Fourth Plain Blvd. in Vancouver is under construction and will include a two-story, 25,775-square-foot office building for multiple tenants. Later phases will add a 9,200-square-foot office and retail building, another 5,400 square feet of retail and a drive-thru building pad that is expected to house a Burger King. The office and retail buildings will be made with steel, structural brick, pre-painted sheet metal and glass for energy efficiency and reduced maintenance and life-cycle costs.
