Commercial and residential lots in Vancouver to be auctioned
Realty Marketing/Northwest’s fall auction includes 56 properties in Washington and Oregon, including a 2.1-acre mixed use site in Fisher’s Landing and a residential site on East Mill Plain Boulevard in Vancouver.
The Fisher’s Landing site is located on Southeast 165th Avenue, one block east of 164th Avenue and south of Columbia Tech Center, and is zoned general commercial. It was listed for $1.2 million but the published reserve is $920,000. The property is part of the sealed bid auction, with bids due Nov. 19.
The residential site is more than six-tenths of an acre and is zoned medium density residential. It was listed for $450,000 but the published reserve is $360,000. The property is part of the oral auction on Nov. 15 at the Sheraton Portland Airport Hotel in Portland.

Battle Ground opens community center
The city of Battle Ground opened its new community center Oct. 16 in Fairgrounds Park at 912 E. Main St.
The 12,000-square-foot facility includes multiple meeting rooms for groups as large as 260 people along with a multi-purpose room, a commercial kitchen and an outdoor pavilion. It is available for recreational and educational events, business and community meetings and weddings.
