PostalAnnex+ signed a three year lease extension for their location at Fisher's Landing Towncenter in Vancouver. A local fixture since 1996, the location is owned by franchisees Jim and Arlene Kirk.
Columbia Shores Executive Suites is looking to end its lease with the Port of Vancouver for more than 8,000 square feet of office space at 110 Columbia Way near the Red Lion Hotel at the Quay. The company's agreement with the Port is currently scheduled to run through 2011.
