Otak, Inc. renewed its lease for five years effective July 1 for its 5,362 square-foot office location at Vancouvercenter. Norris, Beggs and Simpson's Tamara Fuller and Doug Bartocci closed the deal on behalf of the Lake Oswego-based engineering firm.
Healthcare consultants VEBA Service Group LLC recently signed a 12-month lease with Amberhill Properties LP for 168 square-feet of office space at the Vancouver Commerce Center at 101 E. 8th St. in Vancouver. Pam Lindloff and Doug Bartocci of Norris, Beggs and Simpson represented the lessors in the deal.
