McGillivray Blvd., Suite 250, in Vancouver. Byron Roselli and Adam D. Roselli, CCIM of Eric Fuller & Associates, Inc. represented the landlord.

Justin Baxter of Baxter & Baxter, a consumer protection law firm, leased 200 sq. feet of office space from Terry Phillips in the Chumsero House / Phillips Group Real Estate Office at 310 W. 11th St. in Vancouver.
