Dr. Werner Marksfield dba NW Pain Institute, providing management services, leased 2,102 sq. feet of Class A office space from R2O LLC, located at the two-story office building, One Towncenter, 16821 S.E. McGillivray Blvd., Suite 204 in Vancouver. Anticipated occupancy date is July 15, 2010. Adam D. Roselli, CCIM of Eric Fuller and Associates, Inc. represented the tenant.

Andersen Dairy purchased an approximately 12,460 sq. foot building on 5.21 acres of industrial land from Caples Crossing, LLC located at 15200 N.E. Caples Road in Brush Prairie. Transaction closed June 30, 2010 for $1.1 million. Bill Connelly, CCIM and Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller and Associates, Inc. represented the seller.
The City of Vancouver purchased from Vancouver DVP-Syndicated Holdings, LLC (Bank of America) the former Columbian Publishing Company headquarters building for a new City Hall, located at 415 W. 6th St. in Vancouver, which included 118,500 sq. feet of 6-story office building with a parking lot and 1 acre lot of undeveloped land. The transaction closed June 30, 2010 for $18.5 million. Chris Holland of Coldwell Banker-Westmac represented the seller. KC Fuller and Eric Fuller, CCIM of Eric Fuller and Associates, Inc. represented the buyer.
