Two new engineers in training have been added to the corporate office of MacKay & Sposito in Vancouver. Zachary Martin (above left) received his Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of Washington. Martin spent four years as a Civil Engineer Corps Officer in the U.S. Navy after his graduation in 2001. He will bring a background in construction management, facilities management and logistics. Martin is an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Society of American Military Engineers.
Charles Kahlsdorf III received his Bachelor of Science in civil engineering with a minor in mathematics from New Mexico State University. He has experience performing commercial site designs, erosion control and construction inspections. Kahlsdorf is a past president of the Student American Society of Civil Engineers.
