Partners in Careers has selected attorney Peter Fels as chair of its all-volunteer board of directors. Richard High, Riverview Community Bank vice president, has been elected secretary. Joining the officers on the PIC executive committee will be newly appointed Personnel Committee Chairman Mike Phillips, City of Vancouver firefighter/EMT, and Program Development Committee Chairman Major W. Harris Jr., mentor program coordinator for the State Juvenile Rehabilitation Administration. Nancy Baker, Port of Vancouver commissioner, continues as vice chair.
