The real property is commonly known as 4000 NE 109th Avenue, #181, Vancouver, Washington 98682. The shortened legal description is as follows:
Unit KK181, STONEBROOK CONDOMINIUM PHASE 2B, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF RECORDED AUGUST 30, 2002, UNDER AUDITOR’S FILE NO. 3507854 AND SURVEY MAP AND PLANS RECORDED IN VOLUME 311 OF CONDOMINIUMS, PAGE 7, RECORDS OF CLARK COUNTY WASHINGTON, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
SITUATE IN THE CITY OF VANCOUVER, COUNTY OF CLARK, STATE OF WASHINGTON.
The proposed sale price is $180,000.00. The property is purchased as-is. Application to confirm this sale will be made on or after April 8, 2020, for a closing date of sale to occur on or after May 1, 2020.
