Kevin Wann, president of Pacific Lifestyle Homes, has been honored as the 2005 Builder of the Year by the Building Industry Association of Clark County. Wann was chosen for this award based on his business practices, product design and charitable work. Wann served on the BIA board of directors from 2002 to 2005.
