Ela Selga has been appointed as district court administrator, replacing Bob Winsor who recently retired. Selga received her bachelor’s degree in Economics and Psychology from the University of the Philippines in 1982 and her law degree in 1987. She previously worked in that country providing legal aid for a human rights organization. Selga has worked at the Clark County Clerk’s Office for eight years and in 2000, was appointed administration manager for the district court.
