Wayne E. Carver has joined West Coast Bank in the government guaranteed lending group. Carver is a former assistant district director for economic development for the U.S. Small Business Administration where he worked for 22 years. Carver brings expertise of SBA loan programs and processing and will be located in the Vancouver West Coast Bank building.
Carver graduated from the University of Oregon.
