Identity Clark County Executive Director Ginger Metcalf was honored at one of eight 2006 Women of Achievement by YWCA Clark County and Clark College at a luncheon at the Vancouver Hilton Hotel and Conference Center on March 8, International Women’s Day. Identity Clark County, under Metcalf’s leadership, supports local and regional economic development and responsible transportation planning and funding.
Metcalf grew up in Alaska and became an expert trapshooter. She attended the University of Washington.
