Maureen Knutson has joined Otak as a project manager in the Water and Natural Resources group. Knutson has 15 years of experience as a civil engineer and has spent most of her career in the public sector. She has worked extensively with Clark County Community Development in its strategic planning and development-review processes. She has also worked as a water-resources engineer with the City of Lacey.
