Four new members were appointed to the board of the Clark County Skills Center Foundation: Greg Flakus, owner of GF Strategies; Dena Horton, program manager for the SW Washington Agency on Aging; Karen Ciocia, marketing director for the JD White Co.; and Jim Holder, certified public accountant.
