Matthew Wand has joined Bullivant Houser Bailey PC as a construction litigation attorney. Wand brings more than five years of legal experience representing construction companies and small businesses in litigation and general matters. His construction experience involves representing owners, contractors and subcontractors in construction disputes in both public and private projects. Admitted to practice in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and the District of Columbia, Wand earned his law degree from Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College and his bachelor’s degree from Portland State University.
