Keith McPhun has been elected chairman and Dale Lemmons has been elected vice chairman of the Southwest Washington Workforce Development Council’s board of directors. McPhun, director of Back End Manufacturing at nLight Photonics is currently serving as chair and will fill a second one-year term. Lemmons, president of Interstate Wood Products in Longview, will step in as vice chair replacing Nancy Roberts of Kaiser Permanente. KWRL Director of Transportation Chuck Anderson will serve as treasurer. The following members will serve on the executive board: Phil Parker, labor representative; Ted Sprague, Cowlitz Economic Development Council; Robert Gaffney, counseling and consulting; and Nancy Roberts, Kaiser Permanente.
