C-Tech Industries has promoted three staff members to vice president positions. Ron Lye will become the vice president of C-Tech strategic accounts, a newly created position. Previously, Lye was a vice president of Landa Cleaning Systems, one of C-Tech’s brands of pressure washers and parts washers. He will focus on developing alternative sales channels, principally through catalogs, retail outlets and private label opportunities. Lye has been with Landa and C-Tech for more than 10 years and has more than 25 years of industry and management experience.
David Faber will replace Lye as vice president of Landa. He was previously vice president of Spraymart Industrial Supply, an aftermarket parts supplier for pressure washers. Faber has been a controller, Landa regional sales manager and plant manager for C-Tech during his 15 years with the company.
Rick Yancey will replace Faber as vice president and general manager of Spraymart. He has been with C-Tech for seven years. He has been a controller and director of customer service for C-Tech. He recently received his MBA from Washington State University Vancouver, where he was named student of the year.
