Doug Lehrman has been appointed executive director of Educational Opportunities for Children & Families. Previously, Lehrman spent 24 years with DSHS Children’s Administration and was the area administrator for Clark and Skamania county offices. He has a master’s degree in social work and has been employed in social services in Clark County for 30 years.
