Stacey Graham

First Independent names marketing SVP

Stacey Graham, who heads marketing efforts for First Independent, has been promoted to senior vice president.

Graham, a former senior vice president of Gard & Gerber in Portland, joined First Independent’s leadership team in 2005 as vice president and director of marketing. Last year, Graham led the bank’s rebranding efforts.

Graham is the former managing partner of Warren Clark & Graham advertising agency in Atlanta. Prior to Gard & Gerber, she served as interim Executive Director for United Way of the Columbia-Willamette.

She a member of the board of directors for the Regional Arts and Culture Council and OHSU Center for Women’s Health. She is a member of the SW Washington Medical Center Pink Power Committee and the Portland Business Alliance Marketing Committee.

Steve Bernhoft

First Independent promotes CFO to EVP

Steve L. Bernhoft, senior vice president and chief financial officer, has been promoted to executive vice president. He joined the First Independent leadership team in 2005.

A Certified Public Accountant, Bernhoft’s experience includes 23 years with Moss Adams LLP, a regional accounting firm. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in business administration, majoring in accounting, from the University of Washington.

Bernhoft serves as a board member of the Vancouver School District Foundation.

 

KC Fuller

Eric Fuller & Assoc. names sales associate

KC Fuller has joined Eric Fuller and Assoc. Inc. as a sales associate and will be responsible for marketing office properties for sale or lease in Southwest Washington.

Fuller was the founder of Elite Marketing, specializing in event marketing for the past 10 years. Fuller attended the University of Oregon and is the president of the Hough Foundation, sits on the board of Vancouver’s Downtown Association and was a member of the Vancouver Business Journal’s Accomplished and Under 40, class of 2005.

 

Kris Kleinschmidt

On Line Support adds director

On Line Support announces the hiring of Kris Kleinschmidt as director of sales and marketing. Kleinschmidt will primarily focus on customer service and customer acquisition. Kleinschmidt is a recent graduate of Washington State University, Pullman,  and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications, with a minor in business administration.

Rebecca Blaisdell

TMG VP joins library board

Rebecca Blaisdell, vice president of The Management Group, has been appointed to the board of The Fort Vancouver Regional Library Foundation. Blaisdell has been with Vancouver-based TMG for eight years.

 

Larisa Chumak

Keith Upkes consulting adds accountant

Keith Upkes Consulting of Camas has hired accountant Larisa Chumak.

Chumak was previously bookkeeper for Vancouver Elite Gymnastics Academy in Camas and an events coordinator with Pearson Air Museum in Vancouver. She recently passed exams to be a local volunteer firefighter.

 

Ridgefield names public works director

Steven R. Wall, P.E., has been promoted to public works director of the city of Ridgefield. Wall has served as the City Engineer for the City of Ridgefield for the past two years. Prior to joining the city in 2005, he spent seven years in the private sector working for civil engineering consulting firms located in Portland and Indianapolis. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from the University of Idaho.

 

Pedigo adds two region VPs

Vancouver-based Pedigo has added Christopher T. Bump as region vice president, responsible for the South Region. Bump joins Pedigo with more than 17 years of sales and management experience with Fisher Healthcare, Angiolink, Cardiac Pathways, EP Technologies, American Hydro-Surgical Instruments and Deknatel.

Chris is a graduate of the United States Military Academy, West Point, and served five years in the United States Army. Chris resides in Lewisville, Texas.

James A. Wolf, region vice president, will be responsible for the Central Region.

Wolfe joins Pedigo with more than 26 years of experience in the healthcare marketplace with Cardinal Health, Allegiance, Baxter and American Hospital Supply Corp.

Jim is a graduate of Missouri Valley College and resides in Youngstown, Ohio.

 

Free Clinic elects new officers, members

Free Clinic of Southwest Washington  has elected officers for the board of directors and welcome four new members. Karey Schoenfeld, attorney with Ferguson & Schoenfeld, PLLC is president; Ann Wheelock, president & CEO of Columbia United Providers is vice president and treasurer; and Ron Bertolucci with First Independent is secretary.  New board members are Chalonnes Hoover, CFO for The Vancouver Clinic; Dr. Sally Williams with Family Medicine of Southwest Washington Medical Center; Dr. Stephen Ebert, retired from Kaiser Permanente; and Dr. Alan Melnick, medical officer for Clark County Public Health.
