BoCC names assistant vice president
Bank of Clark County has promoted Connie Diamond to assistant vice president and assistant loan officer in its commercial and industrial lending division. Diamond’s responsibilities in this role include providing assistance with lending needs for business clients. Diamond joined Bank of Clark County in 2004. Starting her career in banking as a messenger 35 years ago, Diamond has an extensive background in the areas of operations, research and international banking. For the past five years, she has focused primarily on commercial lending. Diamond attended Mt. Hood Community College and Portland State University. She has completed Risk Management Association courses and is a graduate of the Western Business Banking School. Diamond has been actively involved with Junior Achievement for several years as an instructor.

Regents Bank names new commercial bank officer
Regents Bank has promoted Devin Jackson of Vancouver to commercial banking officer in its Vancouver office. Jackson will specialize in commercial banking for small and mid-sized businesses in Southwest Washington from the Columbia River Drive branch in Vancouver.
Jackson graduated as valedictorian of the 2001 class at Skyview High School and magna cum laude from Gonzaga University with a business major in finance in 2005. He spent a year in the management-training program in Regents Bank’s office in La Jolla, Calif., and the past year as a credit analyst in the Vancouver office.

Bank of Clark County names vice president
Bank of Clark County is pleased to announce the promotion of Anne Butler to vice president and portfolio manager in its commercial and industrial lending division. Butler serves as a commercial loan officer and works on special projects. With Bank of Clark County since it opened in 1999, Butler has 35 years of banking experience. For the past five years, she has primarily focused on commercial lending.
Butler is actively involved with Junior Achievement as an instructor.

Riverview Community Bank has promoted James D. Baldovin to executive vice president of retail banking. Baldovin will be a member of the executive management team, which is responsible for the strategic direction and execution of the company’s business plan. Baldovin is a graduate of Linfield College and the Pacific Coast Banking School and America’s Community Bankers’ Senior Leadership Institute.

Riverview Community Bank names SVPs
Jule Woodruff and Michael Goss have been promoted to senior vice president. Woodruff has been retail service coordinator for nearly four years and has served as the Hazel Dell branch manager for 10 years. She is active in the community, with a special dedication to the Relay for Life.
Goss came to Riverview as retail sales manager a year ago. Formerly a sales and accounting software consultant, Goss spent two decades as a sales and management instructor for Mt. Hood Community College.
CLIF DAVIS
New IBEW Local 48 business manager elected
The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 48 elected Clif Davis as the new business manager. Davis, a native of the region, took office in July. Davis is a long-time active member of IBEW Local 48. Since 1988, he has held a number of leadership roles in the organization, including apprentice instructor, lead organizer and, most recently, business representative. As business representative, he oversaw construction projects east of the Willamette River and north of the Columbia River.
BRITTANY PRATT
BoCC adds client services representative
Bank of Clark County has added Brittany Pratt as a client services representative. Pratt answers and directs incoming calls, assists with Internet banking setup and support, plus a wide variety of customer service functions. Pratt was most recently a hostess/server at Beaches Restaurant for the past three years. Pratt is attending Clark College and is actively involved with her church.
Wealth advisor completes advanced training program
Linda Haines, first vice president, wealth advisor and senior consultant with the Morgan Stanley Vancouver branch office, has completed the Senior Consultants Executive Education Program at the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. She was nominated by a Morgan Stanley national management team. Haines has been a wealth advisor for more than 18 years. She attended the University of Portland and holds an interdisciplinary degree in business, communications and political science. She is a member of the Camas Rotary.
Farmers Insurance district manager receives award
Dennis Rosbarsky, a district manager for Farmers Insurance Group of Vancouver, has achieved the company’s highest award for “overall outstanding performance.” He is now a member of the prestigious Presidents Council.
Broker earns special designation
Brent Donnelly, the designated broker for Farmers Mortgage LLC, has passed the qualifying exams to earn the Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist designation.
