KELLY NOLEN
Columbia Land trust recently named Kelly Nolen its new development director.
Kelly previously worked for the Nature Conservancy of Oregon and has a background in environmental law. She also serves on the board of directors of YWCA Clark County and is a 2008 graduate of Leadership Clark County.
Nolen will work on improving the relationships with the trust’s supporters and community partners.
KATHY LANDERS, ROBERT STEWART & TERRY MURPHY
The Clark County Family YMCA has added three members to their board: Kathy Landers, Robert Stewart and Terry Murphy.
Landers joins the board while also being positioned in the Operators Committee. She has represented State Farm Insurance since 1987.
Stewart brings 10 years worth of experience in the financial services industry to the YMCA. The Northwest native had already been a member of the Board of Managers since 2009; he now takes over as board chair.
Murphy has accepted a position on the board’s Financial and Fund Development Committees. Eddie White, executive director of Clark County Family YMCA, said Murphy, who has lived in Clark County for more than 25 years, has demonstrated her commitment to the community through her involvement and charitable work.
“We are definitely excited to see our new board members step into their roles,” said White. “It’s great to see people involved in the community and with a desire to help our youth.”
