Mover Jennifer Rhoads

Rhoads has demonstrated a strong commitment to community service through volunteer positions with nonprofit organizations and community events. She currently serves as a board member with the Foundation for Vancouver Public Schools and co-chairs the Citizens’ Committee for Good Schools. In 2010, her record of service earned her a Community Leadership Award from the Washington Association of School Administrators.

“I have always prided myself on volunteering and working hard to make this community a better place to live, so this transition is a gratifying move for me,” said Rhoads.

“I’m excited to apply my skills toward encouraging community investments in strategic, local philanthropy,” she said.

Before joining the Foundation, Rhoads spent 15 years working extensively in financial planning and wealth management. Most recently, she held the position of senior vice president and director of wealth management at Sterling Bank. In this role, she led a team of 50 employees that provided a variety of professional financial-planning services to affluent clients, including charitable planning and trust and estate services.

Jennifer Mulder began her career with Principal Financial Group in 1996 where she held a leadership position. In 2003, she decided to follow her passion to build her own practice. She opened her office in the heart of downtown Vancouver in 2010. She is active in the community, working with local business owners, executives and their employees in the SW Washington area.

As a financial professional, Mulder works with individuals and businesses to implement financial strategies to achieve their goals. Mulder’s strategies are designed to assist her clients with risk management, asset accumulation and wealth transfer. Her mission is to provide her clients with exceptional care, making
sure to provide the best possible solutions.

Mulder holds her series 6, 63 and 65 security registrations in addition to her life and health licenses.

She believes in a well-balanced life between family and work.
