Westby Associates hires two new staff
Westby Associates Inc. (WAI), a Vancouver-based consulting firm, recently announced the addition of Lisa Capeloto as an associate and Bethany Isaacson as a junior associate.
The firm said Capeloto will focus on special events support. She comes to WAI with experience as a volunteer community leader, helping such organizations as PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center Foundation.
“Lisa was an exceptional addition,” said WAI CEO Mike Westby. “She is so well connected and respected in our community. She also has a strong passion, commitment and work ethic. Our clients have already seen the benefits of this new expanded capacity to assist them with their events.”
Isaacson will provide support to a variety of efforts, including client relations, website and social media oversight and special events, the firm said. She comes to WAI from PeaceHealth Medical Group, where she worked in patient services.
She is a 2006 graduate of Washington State University.
“Bethany is at the right place at the right time to make a difference for us and for the community,” added Westby. “She comes to us highly recommended, and will hit the ground running.”
REGAN SCHALLER
HDJ Design Group PLLC has hired Regan Schaller to serve as an in-house survey technician.
Schaller comes to the Vancouver-based civil engineering, land surveying and landscape architectural firm with more than 11 years of survey expertise. He is a licensed land surveyor in training and a LEED green associate.
The firm said past experience has provided Schaller with extensive skills to provide project management and completion of all survey, from the field to the office, for topographic, construction, as-built and boundary mapping projects.
Schaller carries a bachelors of science degree from the University of Oregon.
