Kleier Charlie

Kleier is an investment broker who has been with NAI NBS since 1989. In addition to his new role and duties, he will continue to be active in brokerage production. He became a partner in Norris, Beggs & Simpson Companies in 2004.

“I’m very excited to take on this new role,” Kleier said. “We have a talented staff in the Vancouver office, and look forward to growing and continuing to provide expert commercial real estate services throughout Clark County.”

The Vancouver office, located at 700 Washington St., has 14 employees, including brokers, property managers and support staff.

Superneau KimberlyKIMBERLY SUPERNEAU

Kimberly Superneau has joined Heritage Wealth Strategies as its new vice president, wealth strategies officer.

In her new role, Superneau will be responsible for helping to lead Heritage Wealth Strategies, a new business line for Heritage Bank. Working with company leadership, she will attract new clients and staff to build the program across the Heritage Bank footprint from Portland to Seattle.

Most recently with CB Financial Services at Columbia bank, Superneau has more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Durrin JoyJOY DURRIN

Wells Fargo has promoted Vancouver resident Joy Durrin to manager of its bank branch at 12240 N. Jantzen Drive in Portland. Durrin previously served as an assistant manager at another bank branch in downtown Portland.

In her new position, Durrin manages the customer service, sales, professional development and community involvement efforts of four team members.

A native of The Philippines, she joined the company in 2006 as a teller in Portland. She was later promoted to personal banker before being named an assistant branch manager in 2008.

Trebelhorn StuartSTUART TREBELHORN

Northwest Pump & Equipment has named Stuart Trebelhorn vice president of its Industrial Division. Trebelhorn has been with the company for 30 years, most recently serving as the division’s general manager.

“Stuart has been instrumental in the building of our Industrial Division from day one,” said Gregg Miller, Northwest Pump & Equipment president. “With the breadth of industrial equipment we now offer, as well as the tremendous sales force he has recruited, it’s easy to see why the Industrial Division is our fastest growing division.”

Founded in 1959, Northwest Pump & Equipment is one of the largest distributors of petroleum, industrial and carwash equipment in the U.S.

The company’s Portland location also serves Southwest Washington.

Kimball DerekDEREK KIMBALL

Derek Kimball of Castle Rock has won the Core Value Award from Corwin Beverage. The award honors employees who demonstrate the Ridgefield-based company’s core values each day.

Kimball has been a salesman for Corwin Beverage for 12 years. The award was announced at the Corwin quarterly, all-company meeting at the firm’s Ridgefield headquarters.

“It is impossible to say ‘Derek Kimball’ without thinking of customer service,” said Nate Herbst, Corwin Beverage direct store delivery sales manager. “Derek leads by example when it comes to building trust and creating wins for both the customer and Corwin through his strong customer focus.”

An active community volunteer, Kimball has coached sports for 17 years. He is the father of four children.

Educational Opportunities for Children and Families (EOCF) recently hired Carol Foster as its new executive director. The nonprofit agency delivers Head Start, Early Head Start and the state’s Early Childhood Education and Assistance Programs (ECEAP) in Clark, Pacific and the Woodland portion of Cowlitz Counties.

Foster has more than 20 years of leadership and service delivery experience in educational and workforce development programs. In her new role, she will lead EOCF’s 260-member staff in delivering early learning and school readiness program for children, as well as family education and support.

Foster received her bachelor of arts in English literature and history as well as her MBA in management and entrepreneurship from the University of Oregon.

MIKE ODREN, JOHN BLAIKIE & RICHARD PROUSE

Olson Engineering Inc. (OEI) has added three new associate principals in the firm: Mike Odren, John Blaikie and Richard Prouse.

A registered landscape architect, Odren has been a land use planner for OEI since 2002. He currently serves on the Clark County Development Engineering Advisory Board and has served on a variety of technical advisory committees and focus groups for zoning code and revisions. A graduate of Washington State University, Odren also serves as project manager for a wide variety
of projects.

Blaikie, a licensed land surveyor in Washington and Oregon, is a project manager for OEI and serves as safety director and CAD manager. He currently is managing several railroad projects in three states. He earned his degree from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.

Prouse is a professional engineer in Washington and earned his civil engineering degree from Washington State University. He has been with OEI since 1999 and currently is serving as a project engineer. He has been involved with the design of a wide range of residential, commercial and industrial projects.
