Chuck Miller

 In his new role, Miller will direct Lacamas’ loan services department and oversees business development efforts. He has more than 20 years of financial industry experience specializing in commercial lending, management and sales. He holds a bachelor of science in business administration & management from Portland State University.

Losli joined Lacamas in 2009 and has more than 12 years of experience in financial institution operations, service, sales and management. She will oversee all branch operations and member services.

Jordan Ramis PC announced that attorney John Bachofner has been elected as a shareholder and board member of the firm.

“We’re pleased to welcome John into the ownership group at Jordan Ramis,” said managing shareholder Steve Shropshire. “John’s expertise, business acumen, and dedication to his practice are a great contribution to our firm culture and to our overall business.”

Bachofner joined the firm in 2011. His practice focuses on litigation and jury trials, insurance coverage, product liability, general business, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights issues. He has represented individuals and organizations in a variety of state and federal courts, arbitration forums, and agency hearing.

Rick HeffnerRICK HEFFNER

Vancouver resident Rick Heffner has been appointed vice president of operations for Fred Meyer.

In his new role, Heffner will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of all 133 Fred Meyer stores throughout Alaska, Idaho, Oregon and Washington.

Heffner has been with the company since 1987 and has held a variety of roles including store director, regional food supervisor, director of stores for Idaho and Central and Eastern Washington, and most recently senior director of store operations.

Fred Meyer operates seven stores in Clark County. The grocery store is a division of The Kroger Co.
