DLS HOLDINGS, INC., fka NW LASER & SKIN CARE SPECIALISTS, INC., hereinafter referred to as “Corporation”, was dissolved on December 31, 2012. Any persons with claims against the Corporation must present their claims by mailing it with all documentation supporting the claim to the Corporation at 201 SE 124th Ave., Vancouver, Washington.
