Denise Fall

Prior to her position at Legacy Salmon Creek, Fall had served in nursing and leadership roles at Legacy Good Samaritan Medical Center since 1998. She holds a master’s of science in nursing from Loyola University in New Orleans and a bachelor of science in nursing from Linfield College Good Samaritan School of Nursing in Portland.

Fall has earned numerous awards and accolades during her career, including Legacy Health Nursing Excellence Awards every year from 2007 through 2011.

Derek ChisholmDEREK CHISHOLM

Otak Inc., an urban design, planning, architecture and engineering firm, has hired Derek Chisholm as a senior planner working out of offices in Portland and Vancouver.

Chisholm has managed and participated in numerous city planning efforts, historic preservation and transportation projects. He recently managed the Consultant Environmental Team for the Columbia River Crossing project.

Chisholm earned his masters degree from Western Carolina University, and his bachelor of science degree from Covenant College. He has served on various boards of directors, task forces and the Vancouver Planning Commission.

Currently, he is serving on the steering committee for the Washington State Historic Preservation Plan and the Historic Preservation League of Oregon’s Financial Incentives Task Force. Chisholm also teaches a course at Washington State University.
