Notice is given to all persons interested in the above Estate that Frederick P, Church as Personal Representative of the above Estate, has filed with the Clerk of the above entitled Court:
1. Petition for Distribution with accounting requesting the Court to find that all approved claims have been paid, determined the heirs and persons entitled to take under the Will and distribute the property of the Estate to the persons entitled thereto and discharge the Personal Representative.
2. The Final Account and Petition for Distribution will be held in the probate department of the above entitled court at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, September 13, 2013 at which time and place any person interested in the Estate may appear and file objections to and contest the Petition and/or Final Account.
