The YWCA Clark County’s 19th annual benefit luncheon will take place at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, September 18 at the Hilton Vancouver.
Speaker Wambui Bahati will present perspectives on domestic violence. With more than 45 years of theater and public speaking experience, Wambui has received numerous awards and is recognized as a strong and powerful advocate for social change.
Funds raised at the benefit luncheon support YWCA’s seven programs that provide critical resources and assistance to community members who are survivors of domestic violence, homelessness, sexual assault, child abuse and neglect.
