The funds will be used for student supplies. This is the second time in 2013 that Lacamas has donated money to the high school.
Additionally, Lacamas donated $250 to the local nonprofit organization Dog Paw, for the benefit of the Washougal Police Department’s K-9 unit.
“Lacamas believes in giving back to the communities we serve through our Community Partnership Program, event sponsorship and scholarship program,” said Lacamas President/CEO Kathleen Romane in a press release. “We support the credit union philosophy of people helping people by raising funds throughout the year that meet local needs.”
