“We have had input on what the community and business owners would like for Old Town, and the next step is creating committees to put plans together and get the plans into action,” said Carrie Schulstad, executive director of the Battle Ground Chamber of Commerce, in a press release.
Agenda items for tonight’s meeting include Main Street Program review with committee formation, new business updates, tree lighting, old town pennants, First Fridays and a proposed art walk update.
“We plan to follow the guidelines for the Main Street Program, creating a program authentic to Battle Ground,” said Schulstad. “I’m excited that there is so much interest, and I look forward to what stems from here.”
