Several local farms will be at the event, selling humanely-raised meat and pesticide-free produce. Other local vendors who specialize in artisanal food delicacies will also be on hand.
“We want to offer a place for our community to shop for their Thanksgiving dinners, or any holiday dinner, where they can buy locally produced and responsibly grown food,” said Jordan Boldt, executive director for the Vancouver Famers Market.
Additionally, the Clark County Food Bank will have a tent at the market to collect donations.
The Harvest Market will take place on Esther Street, between W 6th St. and W 8th St. in Vancouver.
