NOTICE OF DATE AFTER WHICH SALE OF REAL PROPERTY MAY BE CONFIRMED

IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON

FOR THE COUNTY OF CLARK

In the Matter of the Guardianship of DAVID V. McHAN

Stacey Bollinger, CPG, Guardian of the Person and Estate of DAVID MCHAN (hereinafter “Guardian”), hereby gives notice the Guardian seeks confirmation of the sale of the real property of DAVID MCHAN which is commonly known as 12819 se Laver Street, Vancouver, WA and which is legally described as follows:   Lot 45, Columbia Highlands, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Volume “G” of Plats, at page 607, records of Clark County, Washington. Tax Parcel No. 114729820; Clark County, Washington (hereinafter “Premises”) by negotiation, in the manner required by RCW Chapter 11.92, including, but not limited to, RCW 11.92.090 through 11.92.125; and those portions of RCW Chapter 11.56 referenced in RCW 11.92.110. The sales price of the Premises is $178,000.00, and Seller shall be responsible for customary closing costs and realtor’s commission. In addition Seller shall contribute up to $5,000.00 in Buyer’s closing costs; and up to $2,000.00 for Buyer-specified repairs. The sale of the Premises may be confirmed after December 9, 2013. Any person or party who is interested in submitting a bid in excess of the net sales price of $171,000.00 must follow the procedures in RCW 11.56.110 – prior to the confirmation of sale.
