Columbia Credit Union (CCU) has hired Paul Stednitz to serve as vice president of branch services.
In his new role, Stednitz will lead the strategic development and management of the credit union’s 12 retail branches to drive maximum productivity, sales, service and growth, the company said.

Stednitz has more than 20 years of banking experience. He most recently served as vice president of retail banking for a Seattle area bank.

Corwin Beverage Company has promoted Lindsay Forst to the position of office coffee sales representative.
In her new role, Forst will be responsible for workplace coffee and other beverage services.

The Greater Vancouver Chamber of Commerce (GVCC) has named Paul Dicker the “2013 Ambassador of the Year.”
Dicker is the coordinator for the Employee Corporate Benefits Program at Dick Hannah Dealerships and was selected based on his involvement, longevity of service and participation at events, among other criteria, the chamber said.
Additionally, a new designation, Ambassador Rookie of the Year Award, was given to Jamie Birkeland of Riverview Community Bank and Dave Jacobus of Jacobus Carstar.
The recipients were determined by a vote from their peers.

The Northwest Association for Blind Athletes (NWABA) has appointed Lenore Derrick to its Board of Directors. Derrick is a manager of business development for DePaul Industries in Portland.
Lenore will join other community leaders in helping Vancouver-based NWABA achieve its mission of providing life-changing opportunities through sports and physical activity to individuals who are blind and visually impaired.
“To be a contributing member of the community that I live and work in is very important to me and I feel privileged to have been provided this opportunity to serve Northwest Association for Blind Athletes,” said Derrick. “I feel their mission to provide experiences to individuals who are blind or visually impaired in the form of sports and other physical activity is inspiring.
