The award recognizes an individual or organization for outstanding contributions to promoting and protecting community health. A committee made up of the Public Health Advisory Council and Clark County Public Health staff members will review nominations and make a selection.
Forms are available at www.clark.wa.gov/public-health. Nominations are due March 29.
The award will be presented during the Clark County Board of Health meeting on Wednesday, April 23.
