Tracy Schreiber named SWWDC employer services manager
The Southwest Washington Workforce Development Council (SWWDC ) has hired Tracy Schreiber as an employer services manager.
In her new role, Schreiber will research industry sectors to determine likely areas of growth in job openings and skills and create strategies to match resources to employer needs. She will also provide workforce development outreach and coordination to employers in Clark, Cowlitz and Wahkiakum counties.
Previously, Schreiber held a position at Roaring Fork Business Resource Center where she promoted the business community in Garfield, Eagle and Pitkin counties in rural Colorado.
She has more than eight years of nonprofit experience, having held positions at the Washington State Arts Alliance Foundation, Barrington Stage Company, Pittsburgh Cultural Trust and others.
Schreiber holds a bachelor’s degree in dance from Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle and has done post-graduate work in economics and accounting.
