Vancouver Covenant Group LLC has purchased a 5,000-square-foot retail building at 918 SE 164th Ave. from a group of owners for $2.62 million.
The sellers, represented by Mike Jenkins, Derek Federinko & Brandi Welter of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates, included Vancouver-based MAJ Development, operating under the name MAJ Mill Plain at 164th.
Jenkins and Welter also represented the buyer.
