A writ of execution has been issued in the above captioned case, directed to the sheriff of Clark County, commanding the sheriff as follows:
On January 9, 2014, the Superior Court for Clark County, Washington entered Judgment in favor of Petitioner and against Respondent, pursuant to contempt of an order to pay child support, as follows:
1. Principal Judgment amount: $25,335.18
2. Interest to date of judgment: $7,582.05
3. Attorney fees: $2,000
4. Judgment shall bear interest at 12% per annum
For a total judgment upon entry of $34,917.23, with interest at eighteen percent (12%) per annum until paid. On January 13, 2015, the Superior Court for Clark County, Washington entered Judgment in favor of Petitioner and against Respondent, pursuant to an order to pay child support, as follows:
1. Principal Judgment Amount: $6,637.42
2. Interest to date of Judgment: $796.49
3. Attorney fees: $2,000
4. Other recovery amount: $531.32
5. Principal medical support judgment amount: $2,749.05
6. interest to date of medical judgment: $329.89
7. Judgment shall bear interest at 12% per annum
for a total judgment upon entry of $13,044.17, with interest at eighteen percent (12%) per annum until paid. Judgment Creditor Pamela Holmberg has filed an affidavit pursuant to RCW 6.17.100, stating that after diligent search there is not sufficient nonexempt personal property of the Judgment Debtor to satisfy the judgment. NOW, THEREFORE, you are hereby commanded to take this Writ and levy upon, seize and take into possession and execution, the nonexempt real property of Judgment Debtor Jason Peugh, sufficient to execution, and sell said property, or so much thereof as may be necessary to satisfy the Judgment and post-judgment interest and costs, according to law.
