NOTICE TO BIDDERS
 
Notice is hereby given that the Purchasing Department of Public Utility District No. 1 of Clark County will receive sealed bids at the Operations’ Center of the Utility, 8600 N.E. 117th Avenue, Vancouver, Washington, Thursday, March 6, 2014, up to the hour of 11:00 AM, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for the purchase of an Electronic Mail Inserting System, strictly in accordance with specifications.  The bid documents are available for downloading from our website at https://www.ebidexchange.com/clarkpud for registered companies.  Companies wishing to register may do so by choosing “New Vendor Registration”, entering the required information, and selecting “Materials and or Equipment / Copiers and Supplies”, “Supplier”.
 
Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier’s check, or bid bond, of a sum not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid.  If a contract is let, the successful bidder shall furnish a performance & payment bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price.
 
  The Utility reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids submitted, or to let the contract in the best interest of the Utility, according to the judgment of its Commissioners, under the requirements by law.   By order of the Commission,  Nancy Barnes, Secretary  Publication Date:  Friday, February 14, 2014
